Does it work when the internet drops?
A small PC in your premises, called the Lighthouse, keeps every counter working through an outage and syncs when the connection returns. It was built first for Plateform360 and is being tested on real hardware before it goes into every installation. Until then, a 4G-backup router and a UPS cover a single line failing.
Is it connected to FBR and PRA?
Shelf360 supports real-time receipt reporting to FBR, with FBR's invoice number and QR code printed on the receipt. Plateform360 is designed to the Punjab PRA specification. Ask us about PRA and other provinces for your type of business.
Can I use my own domain for my online shop?
Yes. Shelf360's online shop runs on your domain, in your colours, with aisle-sorted pick lists.
Can I bring my existing products or menu?
Yes. Import your range from a spreadsheet, previewed row by row, with a count of missing cost prices before anything is saved.
Who owns my data?
You do. You can request a full export at any time, and when the contract ends, in a format your accountant can open.
Which languages does it support?
Shelf360's till works in English or Urdu. Plateform360's handbook is in Urdu and its screens are in English at the moment.
What does it cost?
A one-time set-up fee and a monthly subscription per branch, both fixed in a written proposal. Hardware is quoted separately, or you can use your own. See the pricing page for how it works.
